Who this is for
Businesses that need a site that produces enquiries: clinics, law firms, tour operators, finance companies, agencies and founders. If you want a brochure that looks good and is never measured, a template shop will be cheaper. If you want a site that is fast, ranks, tracks every enquiry and can be edited without a developer, this is the service.
What a build includes
- Sitemap and page-by-page content plan agreed before design, including the primary search term and the conversion action for each page.
- Copy support: I write or edit page copy so the site says what buyers need to hear; full rewrites are scoped under copywriting.
- Design in a component system (hero, service blocks, proof strips, FAQ, CTA) so new pages stay consistent after launch.
- WordPress build on a custom or lightweight theme, no page-builder bloat, editable in the block editor.
- Speed work at build time: image formats, caching, font loading and script control aimed at passing Core Web Vitals on mobile.
- SEO structure: clean URLs, titles and meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, schema markup, XML sitemap, redirects from any old URLs.
- Measurement: GA4 and Google Tag Manager installed, with form, call, WhatsApp click and key page events firing before launch.
- Forms that go somewhere: enquiries by email plus a Google Sheet or CRM, with spam protection.
- Launch checklist, training session for your team, and 30 days of post-launch fixes.
Which web service do you need?
This page scopes a standard business site. The neighbouring pages cover specific needs:
- WordPress website development for a custom-themed business site, the most common build I do.
- eCommerce website development for WooCommerce stores with Nepali payment gateways and product feeds.
- Custom web development when you need booking, calculators, portals or integrations a theme cannot provide.
- Website redesign and revamp when the site exists but is slow, dated or not converting, and its rankings must survive the change.
- WordPress maintenance and care plans for updates, backups, security and small changes after launch.
- Hosting and website migration to move to faster hosting without downtime.
- PPC landing page design for single-purpose pages that receive Google or Meta ad traffic.
How I build a website
- Discovery and scope (week one). Goals, audience, competitors, existing analytics and a page list. You get a fixed quote and a schedule.
- Content and structure (weeks one to two). Sitemap, wireframes and the copy for each page. Design does not start until the words exist; designing around Lorem Ipsum is how sites end up with nothing to say.
- Design (weeks two to three). Homepage and one inner template first, then the rest of the system after one round of feedback.
- Build (weeks three to five). WordPress theme, pages, forms, integrations and speed work on a staging site you can review.
- Tracking and SEO checks (week five). GA4, GTM, events, redirects, sitemap, schema and a crawl to catch broken links before anyone sees them.
- Launch and handover. DNS switch, post-launch crawl, Search Console submission, a training session and a written checklist.
A typical business site takes five to seven weeks from kickoff. The most common delay is content approval on the client side, which is why I ask for the copy decisions first.
Decisions I make with you before design
- Platform. WordPress for almost every business site; WooCommerce for stores; custom code only when the requirement justifies the maintenance cost.
- Language. English, Nepali or both, and if both, whether that means duplicate pages with hreflang or a single bilingual layout.
- Conversion action. Call, WhatsApp, form or booking. Nepal sites usually convert through WhatsApp; the button placement and tracking follow from that.
- Hosting. Where the site lives, who pays, and who holds the credentials. You own the domain, the hosting account and the site; I never hold them hostage.
- What the site must survive. If you run ads, the landing pages come first; if you depend on search, the redesign protects existing URLs through website migration SEO.
Common mistakes in Nepal websites
- Page builders with 40 plugins that load in six seconds on a mobile connection.
- Contact forms that email a mailbox nobody checks and no record anywhere else.
- Stock photos of foreign offices on a Kathmandu business site, which readers notice.
- No analytics, or GA4 pasted in with no events, so nobody knows which page produced the enquiry.
- Redesigns that change every URL with no redirects and lose years of rankings in a week.

Pricing pointer
Websites are quoted as fixed-price projects after the discovery call, based on page count, custom functionality and content needs. A standard WordPress business site, an eCommerce store and a custom build sit in different price bands; indicative ranges are listed on the packages page and in the digital marketing cost guide. Hosting, domain and premium plugin licences are paid by you at cost.

Send me your current site (if any), the pages you think you need and a rough deadline, and I will reply with questions and a quote. For everything else I offer around the site, go back to the digital marketing hub.
