How these reviews are collected
I ask for feedback at two points: after the first 90 days, when there are enough numbers to judge the work, and at the end of an engagement or a project. The request is a short email or WhatsApp message with three questions: what the situation was before, what changed, and what it was like to work with me. Clients answer in their own words. I do not draft testimonials for people to sign.
Before anything is published I ask for written permission to use the client’s name, role and company. Where a client prefers not to be named, the review is either left off this page or shown with the industry and country only. Reviews are quoted verbatim apart from trimming for length and correcting typos, and I keep the original message.
Check the numbers behind the feedback
A review says how the work felt; a case study shows what it produced. Three have confirmed figures and dates: Chandragiri Hills, organic traffic up 180% in six months; Better Broking, cost per acquisition down 35% in 60 days with 40+ leads a month; and Angel Fertility Clinic, 150+ leads at about NPR 180 per lead. More are being written up on the case studies page.
If you are a past or current client
If we have worked together and you would like to add your feedback, send it through the contact page or reply to my last message; the same three questions above are enough. Tell me whether I may use your name and company.
