What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser so it can recognise the browser on a later request. Similar technologies, such as pixels, local storage and tags, do much the same job. This policy covers all of them and sits alongside the Privacy Policy.
The short version
This site sets one cookie of its own and loads no analytics or advertising tags at all. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Ads tag, no Meta Pixel, no TikTok pixel, no Microsoft Clarity, no Microsoft Advertising tag and no LinkedIn tag on any page. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, and the map on the contact page loads only after you click to show it, so nothing reaches Google before then.
That is unusually little for a marketing site, and it is deliberate.

Embedded content
The contact page can embed a Google map, but only after you click “Show map”. Until you click, nothing is requested from Google and no Google cookie is set. If you do click, Google may set its own cookies under its own policy.
If analytics or advertising are switched on later
The software behind this site supports Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Advertising and LinkedIn. All eight are currently switched off with no measurement IDs configured, and none of them loads on any page.
Before any of them is enabled, this policy will be updated to list the cookies it sets, and a consent banner will be added so that analytics and advertising load only after you accept them. Until that happens there is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being asked.
Changing your mind
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its privacy settings; search its help for “cookies”. Blocking the krj_attr cookie does not stop the site working. The only effect is that an enquiry you send may not be attributed to the marketing that brought you here.
Blocking the form security token will stop enquiry forms from submitting, because the site cannot then tell a real submission from an automated one.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browsers send Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring them, so this site does not respond to them. Since no analytics or advertising tags are loaded, there is currently nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. If tags are added later, that signal will be treated as a request to decline them.
Changes
This policy changes whenever the tags on the site change. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
Updated
