Who this is for
This service fits a business in Nepal whose page is active but not producing enquiries, a brand launching with no presence yet, or a team that has been posting daily without a plan and wants to stop guessing. It is not for anyone who only wants followers as a number; I will tell you on the first call if that is the goal, because it changes what I would recommend.
Paid reach is a separate service. If you need campaigns, retargeting or lead forms, that work sits under Meta Ads management; this page covers the organic side and the strategy that both sides share.
Social media audit: where every engagement starts
Before I propose anything, I audit what you have. The audit takes about a week and covers:
- Profile completeness. Names, categories, contact buttons, WhatsApp link, bio, cover, pinned posts and whether the page is verified or eligible.
- Content review. The last 90 days of posts scored by format, topic and result. I show which posts produced saves, shares and messages and which produced nothing.
- Audience fit. Whether the people following you match the people who buy from you, using page insights and, where available, CRM data.
- Response quality. How fast comments and DMs get answered, in what tone, and how often a conversation is dropped before a sale.
- Competitor comparison. Three to five competitors in Nepal reviewed on the same criteria so the gaps are concrete.
- Tracking. Whether links carry UTM parameters and whether social traffic and leads show up correctly in GA4.
You receive a written audit with a prioritized list of fixes. Some clients take the audit and act on it themselves; that is fine.
What social media management includes
- Strategy document: goal, audience, platform priority, content pillars, posting cadence and the number we report on.
- Monthly content calendar approved in advance, with copy, creative direction and captions in English or Nepali as the audience needs.
- Content creation: graphics, short video scripts, carousel copy and reels direction. Photography and video shoots are quoted separately.
- Page management across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, including scheduling, publishing and profile upkeep.
- Community management: replies to comments and messages within an agreed window, escalation rules for complaints, and a saved-reply library for common questions.
- Influencer outreach and coordination where a campaign calls for it; the full service is influencer marketing.
- Monthly report: reach, engagement, profile actions, messages started, website traffic and enquiries attributed to social.
Content strategy that a small team can sustain
The most common failure I see in Nepal is a calendar built for an agency team being handed to one person who also runs the shop. I plan for the capacity you actually have. A typical plan for a service business is three to four posts a week: one educational, one proof (customer story, before and after, behind the scenes), one offer or product, and one conversation starter. Each pillar has a job in the funnel, and each post ends with a next step, usually a WhatsApp message.
Long-form content is produced once and cut into social formats. A single article or video from content marketing becomes a carousel, two reels, a LinkedIn post and an email, so the calendar does not depend on inventing something new every day.
Platform notes for Nepal
| Platform | Best for | What I usually recommend |
|---|---|---|
| Local services, healthcare, retail, tourism | Page as the primary channel; Messenger and WhatsApp as the conversion point; reels for reach | |
| Fashion, food, hospitality, personal brands | Reels and stories first; grid as a portfolio; link-in-bio to a landing page with UTMs | |
| B2B, recruitment, professional services, founders | Founder profile before company page; see LinkedIn marketing | |
| TikTok | Consumer brands and creators reaching under-30s | Native short video only; repurposed ads do not work here |
How the engagement runs
- Audit (week one) as described above.
- Strategy and first calendar (week two). You approve pillars, tone, cadence and the reporting metric.
- Production and publishing from week three. Content is drafted a month ahead and approved in one review.
- Community management runs daily within the agreed hours. Anything that looks like a lead is logged and, where you have a CRM, pushed into it; the setup for that is CRM integration.
- Monthly review. We look at what produced messages and enquiries, drop what did not, and adjust the next calendar.
Common mistakes I fix
- Boosting posts with no objective, audience or landing page, then judging social by reach.
- Posting the same design template daily until the audience stops seeing it.
- Leaving DMs unanswered overnight, which in Nepal is where most social sales are lost.
- No UTM links, so GA4 credits social traffic to “direct” and the channel looks worse than it is.
- Running six platforms badly instead of two well.
Pricing pointer
Social media management is priced monthly by platform count and content volume; a single-platform plan is the entry point and multi-platform plans with community management cost more. Photography, video production and influencer fees are quoted separately. Current tiers are on the digital marketing packages page. Once a posting or reply process is stable and repetitive, I can move it to social media automation to reduce the monthly cost.

Send me your page links and I will come back with what the audit would cover and a fixed price for it. If you would rather see the whole channel picture first, start at the digital marketing services hub.
