Meta Ads Packages & Pricing in Nepal

This page sets out what my Meta Ads services cost: three monthly management tiers for Nepal and international clients, recommended ad budgets, how the boost service is billed in rupees, and the factors that decide the fee for your account.

  • Fee separate from ad spend
  • Month to month, no lock-in
  • Rupee billing available through the boost service

Pricing

Meta Ads packages, three monthly tiers

A fixed monthly fee agreed before work starts, separate from the ad budget. It rises with the work an account needs, not with spend. Starter and Growth are fixed; Enterprise is quoted after scoping. Every figure is confirmed in a written proposal after a free audit or a scoping call.

Starter

One market, one campaign type: leads or messages.

USD500per month

  • Pixel and Conversions API setup or repair, verified in Events Manager
  • One funnel built by stage, with audiences and exclusions
  • Copy and creative briefs
  • Weekly optimization, budget moves and policy checks
  • Monthly report
  • Direct access by email, WhatsApp or scheduled call
Start on Starter

Enterprise

Multi-funnel or multi-market accounts with significant spend.

Customquoted after scoping

  • Everything in Growth
  • Catalog ads
  • Multiple markets or languages, each with its own audiences, copy and reporting
  • Server-side tracking
  • Custom dashboards
  • Scope and fee quoted after a scoping call
Talk about scope

The fee covers management only. The ad budget is paid to Meta separately, or passed through at cost under the boost service. Month to month, no lock-in. Invoiced in NPR, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD or AED.

Meta Ads management fees

My fee is a fixed monthly amount agreed before work starts, separate from the ad budget. It rises with the work an account needs, not automatically with spend. The three tiers above are the guide: Starter and Growth are fixed monthly fees, and Enterprise is quoted after scoping. Every engagement is confirmed in a written quote after a free audit of an existing account or a scoping call for a new one.

International clients in Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada and the UAE take the same tiers, invoiced in their own currency at rates below a local agency of equivalent seniority. The work and reporting are identical.

Nepali businesses that use the boost service pay the ad budget plus a service fee, invoiced in NPR, with boosts and campaigns run through an agency ad account. Details are on the boost service page. A one-off Facebook Ads audit, with a written fix list, is quoted on request and credited if you continue into management.

The ad budget is what Meta charges for delivery. I recommend a minimum in every proposal because a campaign needs enough leads or purchases to leave the learning phase and optimize; below it, results are noisy and every decision waits.

  • Nepal campaigns: lead and message campaigns need the least; sales campaigns and competitive categories such as education consultancy and real estate need more.
  • International campaigns: the starting budget is set by the cost per result in your category and scales from there.

Boost-service clients pay the ad budget to me in rupees, and it is passed to Meta through the agency ad account at cost with no markup on the media itself.

What determines the fee

  1. Campaign types and funnels. A single lead campaign is faster to run than prospecting, retargeting and catalog campaigns with separate creative for each.
  2. Creative volume. Meta campaigns depend on new creative every cycle. Accounts that need many variants, in two languages, across vertical and square formats, take more briefing and testing time; see Facebook ad creative and copywriting.
  3. Markets and languages. Each country or language adds audiences, copy and reporting.
  4. Tracking complexity. Pixel plus native Conversions API is standard. Server-side containers, offline lead outcomes and multi-site setups add work; see Pixel and Conversions API setup.
  5. Ad spend. Higher spend means more ad sets, faster creative fatigue and more at stake per decision, so it moves the account up a tier, though not in proportion.
  6. Payment route. The boost service adds account administration and rupee invoicing, reflected in its service fee.

How to choose

  • Choose Starter if you advertise in one market with one campaign type, leads or messages, and need tracking, one funnel and weekly optimization done properly.
  • Choose Growth if one account runs several campaign types or funnels: prospecting plus retargeting, lead and message campaigns, with creative testing every cycle.
  • Choose Enterprise if the account needs catalog ads, several markets or languages, server-side tracking or custom dashboards, or carries significant spend. Scope is agreed on a call before the fee is quoted.

What every management fee includes

  • Pixel and Conversions API setup or repair, verified in Events Manager.
  • Campaign build or restructure by funnel stage, audiences and exclusions.
  • Copy, creative briefs and a testing structure, as described under Facebook Ads management services.
  • Weekly optimization, budget moves and policy checks.
  • Monthly report and dashboard, plus a record of tests.
  • Direct access to me by email, WhatsApp or scheduled call.

Not included

  • The ad budget paid to Meta (or passed through at cost under the boost service).
  • Video and graphic production beyond simple static variations; landing page builds, which sit under PPC landing page design.
  • Third-party tools such as CRM or automation subscriptions.

Setup-only and consulting options

If you want Business Manager, tracking and the first campaigns built properly and will run them in-house, the Facebook Ads setup service is a one-off project, quoted on request. Teams that need a review or training instead of management can use Facebook Ads consulting and coaching, arranged by the session and quoted on request.

How to get an exact quote

Request a free Meta Ads audit if you already advertise, or a scoping call if you do not. You receive a written proposal naming the tier, the recommended budget and the first month’s plan. There is no contract term, and the Business Manager, ad account, Pixel and page stay in your name.

Frequently asked questions

Is the fee a percentage of ad spend?

No. It is a fixed monthly tier agreed in advance and reviewed only when scope changes, for example when a new market or a catalog campaign is added. Percentage pricing rewards spending more, which is not always what the account needs.

How is the boost service billed?

You pay the ad budget plus a service fee in rupees, by bank transfer or a local wallet. The budget is spent through an agency ad account on your page and reported to you in full. Details, including current payment rules, are on the boost service page.

What is the minimum budget for Facebook ads in Nepal?

Meta itself accepts very small daily budgets, but a campaign needs enough results to learn. For most Nepal lead and message campaigns I name a minimum in the proposal and adjust after seeing your category’s cost per result in the first two weeks.

What do international clients pay?

The same three tiers. Invoices are issued in NPR, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD or AED by bank transfer or Wise, set against the same scope factors and below a local agency of equivalent seniority. Ad spend is billed by Meta to your own card.

Is there a setup fee?

Accounts with working tracking and a usable structure: no. New accounts, or accounts that need Business Manager, Pixel and Conversions API built from scratch, carry a one-off setup component in the first month, quoted on request and stated in the proposal.

What happens if I stop?

You give notice before the next cycle and keep everything: Business Manager, ad account, Pixel, page, audiences, creative and the dashboard. Boost-service clients receive a final statement of budget spent.
