What you get
A screen-recorded walkthrough of your own account, usually fifteen to twenty minutes, in which I go through what I would change and in what order. You keep the recording. There is no pitch attached and no requirement to work with me afterwards.
I do a limited number of these each week so each one gets real attention. If there is a queue I will tell you when to expect it.
A sample of what the audit covers
- Pixel and Conversions API health. Whether events are firing, whether they are deduplicated between browser and server, and what your Event Match Quality is. This is the most common serious problem and the most expensive, because a poorly matched signal means Meta is optimizing half-blind.
- What is being optimized for. Accounts routinely optimize for link clicks or landing page views because a real conversion event was never configured. That single setting can account for most of the wasted spend.
- Audience overlap. Ad sets competing against each other in the same auction, which raises your own costs.
- Creative fatigue. Frequency and performance decay by creative, and whether the account is being asked to fix with bids what only new creative can fix.
- Account structure. Whether the campaign and ad set structure gives the learning phase enough conversions to exit it, or fragments the budget so nothing learns.
- Placement and platform breakdown. Spend by placement, including the ones that spend meaningfully and convert rarely.
- Landing page match. Whether the page the ad points to actually answers what the ad promised, and how it performs on mobile data.
- Attribution settings and whether the reported results are what you think they are.
Turnaround
Within three business days of access being granted, usually sooner. If your account is large or has many campaigns, it may take a little longer and I will say so when you request it.
How access works
Add my account as an analyst on the ad account in Business Manager, which is read-only. I cannot change campaigns, spend money or see your payment details with that role. Revoke it whenever you like, including immediately after the audit. If you would rather not grant access at all, send screenshots of the account overview, the delivery breakdown and the events manager, and I will work from those, though the audit will be less thorough.
Who is doing the audit
Me. Not a tool, not a junior, and not an automated report generator. I have run Meta Ads since 2018 for clients in Nepal, Australia, the UK and beyond, including the campaign for a Kathmandu fertility clinic that produced over 150 qualified leads at about NPR 180 each. The audit reflects what I would actually do with the account if it were mine to run.
Request your audit
Fill in the form and tell me the ad account and roughly what you spend monthly. If you would rather talk first, the contact page reaches me the same way. For the ongoing work, see Facebook Ads audit as a paid engagement and Meta Ads management. For Google, there is a free Google Ads audit too.
