Case Studies

Each case study below follows the same shape: who the client was, what was broken, what I changed, and what the numbers did afterwards, with dates. Clients are named only where I have written permission; the others are described by industry and country.

How to read these

A case study is only useful if it tells you what would transfer to your business. So each one states the starting position, the constraint that mattered most (budget, tracking, a bad site, a regulated industry), the sequence of work, and the result measured in the client’s own analytics or ad account. Where a number comes from a screenshot I hold but cannot publish, the case study says so.

Studies are published for SEO services, Google Ads and Meta Ads. More are being written up from work for banks, trekking companies, a helicopter operator and consulting engagements; they appear here as clients confirm what can be shared.

What the results have in common

  • Tracking was fixed or built before any budget or ranking work started, so the result could be measured.
  • The first month was diagnosis: an audit, a rebuild of structure, or a technical fix list, before scaling anything.
  • Reporting was monthly and in the client’s terms: enquiries, bookings, cost per lead, not impressions.

If you want a reference call with a client in your industry rather than a written study, ask on the contact page and I will arrange one where the client agrees.
