Who this is for
Businesses whose traffic is fine and whose enquiries are not. Companies about to launch a site or a campaign that need the words before the design. Founders who know their business inside out and freeze when asked to write the homepage. And anyone whose current copy could be pasted onto a competitor’s site without anyone noticing.
Website copywriting is the most common request, followed by landing pages for ads and email sequences. All three are the same discipline: find the objection, answer it, ask for one action.
What I write
- Website pages. Homepage, about, service pages, pricing, FAQ. The full set for a new build, or the three pages that carry your traffic if the budget is limited.
- Landing pages for campaigns. Single-purpose pages for Google or Meta traffic, written against the search term or the ad promise so the message matches. The build side of that is PPC landing page design.
- Ad copy. Google Ads headlines and descriptions inside the character limits, and Meta primary text, headlines and hooks written for the first two lines that people actually read.
- Email. Sales sequences, campaign emails and the subject lines that decide whether any of it is read.
- Sales support. Proposal language, one-pagers and the answers your team gives to the same five objections in every call.
- Profile and bio copy for founders, consultants and professionals, which is where trust in Nepal is often decided.
Where copywriting ends
Copy is written to move someone to an action. Content written to answer a question and earn search traffic is content marketing, and content written specifically to rank against a keyword is SEO content writing. Deciding what the message should be in the first place is branding and strategy. If your page converts badly for reasons other than words, such as layout, speed or form length, that is conversion rate optimization.
How I write a page
- Research first. I read your reviews, your enquiry emails and your competitors, and I ask your sales team the two questions that matter: what do people ask before they buy, and what makes them walk away.
- Message map. For each page: who it is for, the one action, the primary objection, the proof, and what the reader must believe by the end. Approved before writing.
- Draft. Written in your voice, in the language your audience uses. Specifics beat adjectives; a price range, a timeline or a named process does more than three sentences about excellence.
- Revision. Two rounds included. Feedback is easier when it is measured against the message map rather than against personal taste, which is why the map exists.
- Handover. Copy delivered in a document mapped to page sections, with the SEO title and meta description for each page and notes on what to test.
What you receive
- Final copy per page, laid out section by section so a designer or developer can drop it in.
- The message map behind each page, so future pages stay consistent.
- SEO titles and meta descriptions.
- Headline and subject-line variants where testing is worthwhile.
- A short note on what I would test first and what to measure.
What makes copy work here
- Say the price, or say how pricing works. Nepali buyers ask about price first. A page that avoids it produces phone calls that end at the price question.
- Name the next step. “Call, WhatsApp or fill this in and I reply within a working day” beats “get in touch”.
- Write Nepali in Nepali. Translated English reads as imported. Which language a page needs depends on who is searching for it.
- Use their words. If customers say “remit”, the page should not say “cross-border value transfer solutions”.
- Prove it. Real numbers, real names, a real process. Where a claim cannot be proved, the honest version is to describe the method instead.
- One action per page. Four competing buttons is the same as no button.
Pricing pointer
Copy is quoted per project by the number of pages and how much research each needs, with ongoing ad and email copy available as a monthly retainer. Prices are on request. Two rounds of revision are included in every project quote.
Next step
Send me the URL of the page that matters most and tell me what you want a visitor to do on it. I reply within 4 business hours with what I would change and a quote for the rewrite.
