What SEO content writing produces
A page that ranks and a page that reads well are the same page when it is written correctly: it opens with the answer, covers what the searcher needs in the order they need it, cites real sources, links to the next step and asks for the enquiry. That is the standard for every piece produced through this service, whether it is a 600-word service page for a dental clinic in Lalitpur or a 3,000-word guide for a software buyer in Melbourne. It is the execution arm of my SEO services; the plan it works from comes from content SEO and strategy.
Who this is for
- Businesses with a content plan or keyword map and nobody to write to it.
- Companies whose service pages were written by the designer and have never been rewritten.
- Marketing teams abroad who need a reliable writer who understands search intent, at a rate that lets them publish consistently.
- Nepali businesses that need pages in both English and Nepali.
What is included in every piece
- A brief before writing: primary term, secondaries, intent, reader, goal, outline, questions to answer, sources, links and call to action. If you do not have briefs, I write them; the format is public as the SEO content brief template.
- Research: what currently ranks, what it misses, and the facts and sources the piece needs. Interviews with your staff for expertise that does not exist online.
- Writing: answer-first structure, one H1, H2s that follow the reader’s questions, short paragraphs, tables and lists where they help, in plain English or Nepali.
- Editing against the brief: does the piece answer the search better than what ranks; is every claim true and sourced; is the tone yours.
- On-page elements: title tag, meta description, image alt text, internal links in and out with descriptive anchors, and the schema type that fits, per the on-page SEO standard.
- Publishing: formatted in WordPress or your CMS, author and date set, and submitted for indexing.
- Measurement: each piece tracked for indexation, rankings and traffic, with a refresh recommended when it slips.
Content types
| Type | Job | Typical length |
|---|---|---|
| Service and product pages | Rank for commercial terms and convert | 600 to 1,200 words |
| Location pages | Rank for service-plus-place searches | 400 to 800 words, unique per location |
| Guides and pillar pages | Own an informational topic and link to services | 1,500 to 3,500 words |
| Blog articles | Answer one question and lead to a service | 800 to 1,800 words |
| Comparison and alternative pages | Win decision-stage searches | 1,000 to 2,000 words |
| Case studies | Prove results with permission and figures | 500 to 900 words |
| Refreshes of existing pages | Recover slipped rankings | As the page needs |
Lengths are typical ranges, not targets. A page is finished when it covers the topic better than the competing results, and no earlier.
How each piece is produced
- Brief approved by you, so the angle and the facts are agreed before writing.
- Draft written by me for commercial and expert pages, or by a writer I brief and edit for larger volumes.
- Edit and fact check against the brief and the sources; claims about your business are verified with you.
- Your review with one round of changes included.
- Publish and link with on-page elements complete and internal links added from existing pages.
- Track and report with the rest of the SEO programme.
Turnaround is typically five to seven working days per piece from brief approval, faster for batches planned in advance.
How AI is used, and where it is not
AI tools are used for research summaries, outlines and occasionally first drafts of structural sections. They are not used to produce finished pages. Every piece is written or rewritten by a person, carries an author, cites sources, and includes the specific knowledge of your business that no model has. Unedited generated content is generic, unverifiable and increasingly filtered by search engines and AI answer systems, and it is excluded from this service.
Writing in Nepali
Pages for Nepali consumers are written in Nepali by a native writer to a Nepali keyword brief, not translated from English, with titles and headings matched to how people actually search in Devanagari and Romanized Nepali. Bilingual sites are structured with the international SEO service so that both versions rank.
Pricing
Content is priced per piece by type and length, with batch rates for planned calendars. The volumes included in each monthly tier are listed on the SEO packages and pricing page; additional pieces are quoted separately.
