How the pricing works
Three rules apply to every tier. First, the fee is for my time and the tools I bring; ad budget goes directly from your card or account to Google or Meta, and I never take a percentage of it. Second, there is no long-term contract after the setup month; you can stop with 30 days’ notice. Third, every tier includes tracking verification in month one, because a retainer without measurement is a retainer you cannot judge.
Single-channel packages
The three tiers above are the same ones I quote on calls. Starter is the single-channel tier: SEO, Google Ads management or Meta Ads management, with setup and a monthly report, and weekly optimization on the paid channels. Each channel has its own page describing exactly what the work covers: SEO packages (technical fixes, on-page optimization, keyword-mapped content plan, Google Business Profile), Google Ads packages (account structure, keywords, ads, conversion tracking) and Meta Ads packages (campaign structure, audiences, creative direction, Pixel and Conversions API). Social media marketing (strategy, monthly calendar, content, publishing, community management, report) and marketing automation (workflow design, build, testing, documentation, monthly monitoring) sit in the same tiers, with the tier set by scope: platform count and content volume for social media, and the workflows designed, built and monitored for automation.
Fees rise with scope: more keywords or locations for SEO, more campaigns or markets for ads, more platforms for social. That is what moves an engagement from Starter to Growth, and from Growth to a scoped Enterprise quote.
Multi-channel bundles
Growth is the two-channel bundle, for example SEO plus Google Ads, with shared tracking and one report. Enterprise is the full-funnel bundle: SEO, paid search, paid social, email and CRO under one plan, with landing pages and tracking included, scoped after a call. Lead-driven businesses measured on CPA can have the Enterprise scope set against a cost-per-lead target; see performance marketing.
Bundles cost less than the sum of the single channels because the tracking, reporting and strategy work is shared. They also work better: search term data from ads feeds the SEO content plan, and organic rankings reduce what you have to buy.
Project pricing
Websites, tracking setups, audits and strategy documents are one-off projects rather than monthly tiers and are quoted on request after one call. The relevant page explains what moves the scope: web design and development, analytics and tracking, digital marketing audit and consulting and strategy.
International pricing
Clients in Australia, the USA, the UK, Canada and the UAE pay the same three tiers. Invoiced in NPR, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD or AED. Payment is by bank transfer or Wise, at rates below Western agency equivalents. How that works in practice, including time zones and reporting, is on the international clients page.
What is never included
- Ad spend, paid to Google or Meta directly.
- Tool subscriptions in your name (CRM, email platform, automation platform), paid at cost.
- Photography and video shoots, quoted per shoot.
- Hosting, domains and premium plugin licences.
- Guarantees of rankings, leads or revenue. I will show you the numbers I expect and the numbers I got for comparable clients, not promise a result I do not control.
Choosing a package
If you have never advertised and have a limited budget, start on Starter with one channel that matches how your customers already look for you: Google Ads or SEO if they search, Meta Ads if they need to be shown. If you already run one channel and the numbers are known, Growth is the usual next step. If you want one person accountable across every channel, or you are measured on a cost-per-lead target, Enterprise is scoped for that. If you are not sure, the digital marketing cost guide explains what drives cost in each channel, and a 30-minute call will settle it faster than a page can. The full list of services is on the digital marketing hub.
