Who these sessions are for
Business owners running their own ads, marketers who inherited an account, and agency staff who were never taught the tracking side. Also for anyone about to hand an account to a provider who wants to be able to check the work. This is part of digital marketing training.
What the sessions cover
- Account structure. Campaigns, ad groups and match types, and why three tight ad groups beat twenty loose ones on a small budget.
- Conversion tracking, first. GA4, Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion actions, including phone and WhatsApp clicks, tested before launch. This is half the value of the sessions.
- Keyword research and negatives. Building the list, choosing match types, and reading the search terms report, which is where wasted spend is visible.
- Writing responsive search ads. Headlines that work in any combination, and what Google rejects.
- Bidding and budgets. Manual to smart bidding, when to switch, and what budget a campaign needs before bidding can learn.
- Landing pages and Quality Score. Why the page decides the cost per click as much as the bid does.
- Paying from Nepal. Card and billing setup, and the Nepal Rastra Bank limits that decide what budget is practical.
What you will be able to do afterwards
- Build a campaign from scratch with correct structure.
- Set up and verify conversion tracking, including calls.
- Read a search terms report and add negatives.
- Decide a realistic budget from a lead target.
- Judge whether an existing account is set up correctly.
Format and fees
Sessions run either one to one or with a small team, online or in person in Kathmandu, spread over several sittings rather than one long day, because the exercises need time in between. The number of sessions depends on the starting point, which we establish on a short call first. Fees are on request and depend on format and team size.
I would rather turn down a booking than run sessions that will not help. If the honest answer is that you need someone to do the work rather than learn it, I will say so and point you at the relevant service.
Next step
Tell me your current level and what you want to be able to do on the contact page, and I will propose a format and a number of sessions.
